FACIAL TREATMENT

When the therapist saw me waiting at the reception, she knew I am the right age group to benefit fully from this treatment. In my 40s, my hyperpigmentation is obvious, sagging skin and my nasolabial folds or smile line are pronounced. Confident to win my confidence in the skincare range, she flashed the most concentrated product in the range, the Atache Scientific Cosmetic Precision Touch concentrated anti-wrinkle essence. She explained the power of this essence that can be used over makeup to reduce the appearance of wrinkles almost immediately after application. She massaged the essence over my right nasolabial fold as well as over a part of the frown lines over the centre of my forehead. Interestingly, the lines almost immediately became less obvious. After I proceeded to the facial cabin for my treatment, I looked in the mirror again and noticed that the nasolabial fold on my right had indeed almost disappeared!  

During the facial, the therapist worked on the right side of my face first to show the difference of treated part of my face versus the left untreated part of the face. And it was true enough the complexion on the right side glowed after the massage and the right side of face was lifted and firmer than before and even more so compared to the left. The highlight of this salon treatment includes massage strokes that start from the neck towards the face, non-abrasive exfoliation using a gentle customised acid blend and the Geisha Anma massage. The acid exfoliator left very mild tingling sensation on my skin and thoroughly smoothed out the little bumps in the chin area. No kidding. My chin was still sooo smooth and free of bumps the next day. The Geisha Anma massage enhances the effectiveness of the Excellence treatment. A simple Asian technique, it includes reflexology massage techniques to tone facial muscles as it smooth out wrinkles and deep lines, reduces expression lines and boost microcirculation on the face. 

At the end of the facial, I noticed that the discoloration on my lips disappeared temporarily. I'm sure if I were to sign up for a series of Atache Excellence anti-ageing treatment, my complexion and lips will improve even more.
