Skin rejuvenation with minerals

You’ve often heard how the milk we drink or the spinach we eat can help our skin to glow. The Technology behind Gemology

At Gemology Cosmetics, these elements are extracted from minerals via a method known as liquefaction and chemical compounding. 

Within Gemology Cosmetics, the curative properties of three main precious stones are used for biological activity and physical properties. They are:

Hematite: Restores skin tone and radiance. It contains iron, which stimulates the synthesis of dermal support tissue to plump up skin and restore its firmness from within.

Diamond: Microscopic diamond particles nest inside wrinkles to visually soften skin by reflecting light away from the skin to create a soft focus effect and the illusion of smoother skin.

Peridot: Rich in magnesium, this gold. This shimmering green gemstone increases intracellular energy to reduce fatigue and restore skin tone. It fights the effects of stress and chronic aggression on the skin to achieve a 42% reduction in stress-induced premature skin ageing.

Calcium: To see long term effects of minerals on skin, use the skincare for at least two to three weeks. The trace elements in the skincare will boost the biological function of the skin. Iron stimulates haemoglobin of the blood, while calcium is needed on the epidermis of skin to keep it vibrant. While calcium has been emphasised for bone health, it is also essential for women aged 40 and above who experience thinning of their skin. As collagen production drops, the skin appears to be less plumped up as before. To energise skin and boost collagen production, apply calcium enriched creams over the skin. Opal is one precious stone rich in calcium content.

Other than minerals, extracts from fruits and flowers are also used to boost skin health. For example, mango extracts activate magnesium to stimulate skin cells.

Piezo Electricity

With this, results show on skin on the average of three days of usage.

Piezo electricity increases the temperature of the skin by 0.5°C. The warming effect of the skin stimulates skin to boost absorption of nutrients in creams and serums. This in turn increases regeneration and protection as well as oxygenation of skin.

Salon Treatments
