Simply Beauty SG responded to an invite to celebrate Shunji Matsuo’s
new addition at The NOMU near Dhoby
Ghaut MRT Station. For this, I’m sorry we could not blog about our complimentary hair makeover with team of hair designers and stylists as the services
were fully booked.
Our saving grace was the wonderful express nail service at
the joint tenant's, Home Nails. I love the nude shade from OPI that the therapist
recommended to go with my new tan. Surprisingly, the nail colour lasted through
more than a week of housework and laundry.

At the opening ceremony of Shunji Matsuo by Poise and Home Nails,
there was a huge turn out from extended family and friends who stayed till the
end of the party. A couple other bloggers trickled in just before the hair
demonstration where three of the salon’s star hair designers displayed their
works on three models. Perhaps you’d like to try them for yourself too. Check them

A lion dance ceremony followed to bring good luck to the
salon and nail parlour. Check out the visuals we captured of the hair salon and
nail parlour as well as the lion dance and ribbon ceremony which drew the attention
of several Caucasian passersby.
