When your nearest pharmacy or specialist is a distance from your home and you are not well enough to replenish your maintenance medication, having them sent to you is a blessing. 

It's a well known fact that medical costs in the United States are high and having a medical insurance is compulsory for decades. Hence they have a discount medical card such as Revive Discount Medical, which offers medical savings to registered members for medical services such as dental, lasik, diabetic supplies, hearing, laboratory, non-emergency physician and hospital services, vision and, last but not least medication, which can be delivered to members.

Although Singaporeans have been blessed with subsidised rates for consultations at government polyclinics and hospitals, we can do well with such savings for those who opt out of visiting packed government hospitals or polyclinics. And to have medication delivered to our office or homes would be a bonus included in the medical package would be a bonus, especially with our hectic lifestyle.
