Satisfy your curiosity about North Korea from afar. A trip to the Unification Observatory in South Korea. Situated at the border between South Korea and North Korea allows you to have a sweeping into North Korea from the high point. It was a foggy day when we drove up.
BUS RIDE
All visitors have to take the bus provided at a fee. No one is allowed to drive up to the Obsetvatory as it us a heavily guarded area. On the way to the Observatory, we passed by many guard houses along the fenced up border close to the road.
